During routine OM&M activities at a Stratus site, the Stratus staff identified an unsafe electrical condition that was outside of our control, but directly related to our overall safety.As can be seen in the photos below, the retail station manager apparently modified and/or “fixed” an electrical problem at the site without considering public safety and or building code requirements (specifically the National Electric Code).  Our staff identified the issue and we have decided to maintain a safe clearance from the exposed electrical connections especially during rain periods or when the sprinklers for the planter are operational.

Keep up the good work identifying unsafe conditions and reporting them to your Project Manager.
